Shipping

United States & Canada 

Nothing. We offer free express shipping on absolutely everything. Everything? Everything.

Shipping and product costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applicable to your order. For detailed information about what duties or taxes you may be charged, please refer to your local customs website.

United States & Canada
Orders are shipped express and should take 3-5 business days to reach your bed.

Tracking will be provided for all orders. You will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see can follow your dreams at all times.
These times do not account for customs delays outside of our control.

Dispatch
Orders received before 12pm AEST are usually shipped within the same day, otherwise within 24 hours. Orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse and are sent via DHL. If you have questions about the arrival of your order, drop us a line at hello@thesheetsociety.com.

Our warehouse team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Email us ASAP at hello@thesheetsociety.com where you can send us your details including your order number and requested change of details.

Having had such good sleeps the night before, our team is super-efficient and usually send orders on the way as soon as an order arrives, and we can’t change details once your order has been dispatched.

If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected option with a ship date associated with that option. Just add to cart as normal. If you’re unsure if an item’s on pre-order, that item will also have a call-out in your cart along with the expected ship date.

For orders that contain items on pre-order, we send everything together on the listed AEST pre-order ship date. We’ll send you an email following your order confirmation email (check your Junk folder if you can’t find it) which further confirms your pre-order details. If you’d like your non-pre-order items to be sent out first, just reply to this email. Don’t lose any sleep – there’s no additional shipping costs.

Great In Bed Guarantee (Returns)

It means unlike that last Tinder date of yours, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Don't lay awake at night wondering if you've made the wrong move.

We’re so confident in our products that we offer a Great In Bed guarantee. This means if you don't love getting into bed with us, we'd be happy to go separate ways. If you need to return or exchange an item, email us at hello@thesheetsociety.com or call on +1 213-674-2026 within 30 days of your purchase so we can organize your choice of a refund or exchange.

The cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed for change of mind returns.

We pride ourselves on offering dream-worthy sheets and would lose sleep if this happens to you. Send us a photo and description to hello@thesheetsociety.com and we will address it with urgency.

Billing & Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Product

Our two core ranges, Eden and Eve, are made of 400-thread-count 100% Long-Staple Cotton and 170 GSM 100% French Flax Linen respectively. Read more about our Eden Cotton here or our Eve Linen here.

We only use natural fibres for all of our bed sheets. That being said, a few of our European Pillowcases do contain some polyester.

Taught to us by the wisest people we know – our mums and dads, check out our full guide to take care of your sheets like your mum believes you can. Otherwise, just check the card that was included in your delivery.

We’ve worked really hard to make sure that the colours shown on screen match what you're expecting to receive but we can’t make any promises. Please note that exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be classed as change of mind.

Our products are designed at our HQ in Melbourne and manufactured in China. We only partner with suppliers that have exemplary work environments that we would want for our own employees. We’re always thinking about how we can make our products better by thoughtfully sourcing our textiles, taking stock of sustainability efforts, and streamlining the process from idea to your bed and to the future ahead.

Sometimes we just can’t anticipate the amount of demand for our sheets and we sell out sooner than expected. If you select your desired option, a ‘Notify me when available’ button should appear where you can enter your email address to be the first to know when it's back in stock.

We sell both E-Gift Cards and Physical Gift Cards, and they both have a lifetime validity period. Gift cards are available to purchase in denominations of $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $300. 

Your voucher will be emailed to you with instructions on how to redeem with a voucher code, even if you’ve ordered a Physical Gift Card (select one or the other - no need to select both).
