How do I make a return or exchange?

Simply email us at hello@thesheetsociety.com and let us know, we'll give you all the details.

Do I have to return the products in their original packaging?

We would love that, but if you need to take your bedding out of the packaging and lay it all out to decide, thats ok too. Perfect folding into original packaging isn't a requirement for a return, however, in the interests of reducing waste, please try not to tear the packaging and include with your product return so that we can reuse it.

Can I sleep in my sheets or bedding and return them?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been slept in or washed. However we would still like to help any way we can. Email us at hello@thesheetsociety.com

Can I return sheets that have been washed?

Unfortunately not. We can't accept returns on bedding that has been slept in or washed. However we would still like to help any way we can. Email us at hello@thesheetsociety.com

is return postage covered?

You cover the return postage to us in Australia, and we'll cover the postage re-send out exchanged items to you.

can i pick between an exchange, store credit, or refund?

Yes, we’re flexible. You can choose either an exchange, credit or refund. Contact our team at hello@thesheetsociety.com if you need help deciding on your exchange.

All you have to do is send us an email and let us know what issues you’re having. Feel free to also send us photos if it helps to explain your issue.

do i have I to return the bedding?

If an item is faulty, you don't need to return it. We may ask for items to be returned in some cases for review by our quality team so that we can continue to improve our product.

what happens to returned bedding?

Returned bedding is reviewed by our quality team so that we can continue to improve. We then donate usable bedding to 300 Blankets, a charity for those experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
